Love and Grace: Bio

Leah

The world is full of music but it isn't until you come to know the Lord Jesus that you realize why music was given to us. It was given to us to express him, to praise him, to love him and to declare him.   It was also given to us as a way to seek him, to enjoy him, and, like prayer, to bring our concerns and problems to him.

I was born with a song in my heart and have always expressed myself through writing and singing.  It wasn't until I was saved at the age of 23 that suddenly I knew why I was given a voice.  I stopped singing for many many years because of trials and tribulations that overwhelmed me.  I was on the brink of losing my faith many times but always I came back.  In the last couple of years I have started singing again and spending more time in his precense daily.  In the fall of 2009 I started writing and just couldn't stop.  The Lord showed me that the entire bible could be sung, and I had a commission to bring more of his word to his people.

I chose 14 of the many songs I wrote and with the help, support, and loving kindness of friends, family, my church family and  we present this album to you with much love.

I hope you are as blessed listening as we have been creating it.

Much love and grace to you and your family.
Your sister in Christ

Leah
